CMP: What was your primary strategy for growing your business in 2019?
Vu Le: Going back to the basics – reaching out to current and former clients to provide them updates on current market conditions in the Greater Vancouver Area.
CMP: Do you think consolidation will be a significant factor in the industry this year?
VL: I believe consolidation won’t be an issue for high performers who have been in the industry for some time. It would be a harder road for someone new entering as a broker, but if they keep at it and provide excellent product knowledge and service, the rewards of their hard work will definitely come.
