The West Coast is ready to represent itself again in CMP’s Top 10 commercial brokers list.
Vancouver-based Andrew C. Bennett at Nexus Investment Corp – who placed third in last year’s rankings – is like many other commercial brokers starting the process of looking at his 2012 numbers in preparation for his Top 10 submission.
“The economy was slow, but we did well last year,” says Bennett, who personally funded $102 million in commercial mortgages for 2011, on 23 deals. “We’re only now taking a look at the numbers. We’ve had a steady year.”
The Vancouver broker was joined in the top three by fellow Vancouverite David William Beckingham of DLC
Commercial Capital, who had $195 million on 35 personally funded deals to come out atop the Commercial Top 10 list.
CMP’s list is an opportunity for commercial brokers to brand themselves as one of the mortgage industry’s top-performing brokers, with the magazine
once again compiling a list according to individual broker volume for 2012 (January to December).
All figures must be supplied by you, the broker/agent, by clicking here
