In partnership with the Ontario Pension Board (OPB), Cadillac Fairview will be conducting an official ground breaking ceremony for the new 32-storey office tower at 16 York Street.
Valued at $479 million, the tower will be inaugurated on Wednesday next week (May 17). The tower boasts of 879,000 square feet of office space, along with three underground parking levels comprised of 289 parking stalls.
“This investment in Toronto’s prospering ‘south core’ is another example of [Cadillac Fairview’s] leading role in the evolution of the mixed-use district,” the company announced.
16 York Street is scheduled to open on June 1, 2020.
