Avison Young has appointed Neil Lacheur as principal and executive vice president of real estate management services in Canada.

In this newly created role, Lacheur will lead the strategy to grow the Avison Young property management business across the country. He joins Avison Young from QuadReal Property Group, where he had been since its founding, leading the firm's customer service strategy and culture.
