The financing platform is nearing EUR 4 billion in investments
Loan investment marketplace Mintos has been awarded the Alternative Finance Platform of the Year citation at AltFi Awards 2019, out of 120 nominations.
Aside from this, Mintos has also received the AltFi People’s Choice award for the fourth consecutive year, with 5,500 voters hailing the platform as the best in the market currently.
“Our vision is to make investing in loans as common as investing in traditional investment assets - stocks, bonds, real estate, and others,” Mintos CEO and co-founder Martins Sulte said.
“The steady growth of our business, which was acknowledged by the two awards we won, reassures that we are on the right path as investing in loans is becoming a common choice for investing among individual investors around the globe.”
Mintos announced that it is close to reaching EUR 4 billion in investments. The platform also stated that it reached 200,000 investors, hailing from 85 nations, in early November.
“Mintos provides individual investors with an easy, straightforward and transparent way of investing in loans originated by a number of alternative lending companies from around the world. The company was launched in 2015 and has become the largest marketplace of its kind globally,” the platform touted.
