But Boyes admits that jumping in too soon and not properly laying out expectations might have slowed the company’s initial growth.
“That’s why it’s so critical that everyone be on the same page from the start,” says Boyes, who recently hired his brother. “In the past we always had different goals, and once we started working together, we wanted different things. Knowing this from the start would have prevented a lot of issues.”
Those issues appear to be a thing of the past. Boyes, whose relentless work ethic and market knowledge are legendary among Saskatoon homebuyers, has been the city’s top real estate agent since 2014.
