Eugene Kaplun has been a major part of RE/MAX Infinite’s success since he joined the brokerage in 2012. He had a monster 2017, but Kaplun says his highlight from last year was that “every seller’s expectations were exceeded, regardless of the type of property they owned.”
Outside of the general insanity that drove the GTA market last year, Kaplun attributes his increase in sales to referrals from satisfied clientele. “That’s why it is very crucial to treat every deal and every client with honesty, respect and competence,” he says.
Kaplun now manages his own hand-picked team of professionals, who share his commitment to integrity and adaptability. “Agents who are dedicated and willing to learn will stay afloat and progress further,” he says. “The market is as strong as it’s ever been, but it’s also very complicated and requires agents to update themselves more frequently.”
