Manny Munir established his own branch of Century 21 Professional Group in 2016. The move was well-timed. By expanding his reach in a scorching Brantford market, Munir increased business by almost 30%, broke into Century 21’s national top 20 and was one of only 34 agents in the country to receive the company’s Grand Centurion award.
Even though Munir’s business underwent significant changes in its expansion from a one-man operation to an eight-member team, he says his approach to customer service has remained unchanged.
“My personal philosophy is to treat everyone like family,” he says.
