CLC Network launches model separation

Toronto, May 1, 2020 – Capital Lending Centre (CLC) one of Canada’s fastest growing mortgage brokerage networks announced on May 1, 2020 that they have officially launched the CLC Network.

The parent brand will continue to deliver their industry leading support, training and culture to individually owned and operated affiliates and/or franchises under a centralized services model. Resources such as, deal underwriting, centralized marketing, business automation, data analytics, training, payroll and culture all delivered seamlessly to independent brokerages in an effort to enhance their service offerings, efficiency, recruitment and growth potential. This is all possible through a proprietary software system, ALFRED, which allows the CLC Network to provide connectivity and integration from an enterprise level and allow each department to become an extension of other brokerages.

“This evolution will allow us to continue and offer the best service possible to our industry while enabling brokerages to maintain their own brand identity.” Said CEO Shubha Dasgupta. “We provide entrepreneurs a full cycle of career succession planning from agent, to team lead and then broker owner in one place or allow any company to join and benefit respective to what stage they currently reside”

With a clear vision, the CLC Networks now provide Brokerages, Brokers and Agents with the systems, tools and resources required to provide their partners and clients with a seamless customer experience.

After recently announcing the addition of Christa Mitchell to their executive and ownership team, CLC is confident that her experience, knowledge and commitment to the channel will be integral in providing broker owners continuous value and an unwavering dedication to their success. “I have seen the value we can deliver to the industry and want to do my part in ensuring we can build a strong foundation of support that others can build on to reach the pinnacle of the industry together,” said Christa, of why it’s important for the CLC Network to evolve.
