    Of course they let all kinds of people take the course, they are profiting from it. The more people want to be agents means more money in their pocket. Much the same way US banks/gov't let homeowners take out all their equity, hence the meltdown. To me all I can see is that the bottom line is the primary concern for most businesses to stay in business. I would like to see doctors and lawyers get their license as easily.
