    I fully agree with Phil Schibeci, we can resolve conflicts if we dig out the facts objectively first and listen carefully to both sides prior to carefully evaluating and finding a solution to resolve the conflicts. I managed people for a few years when I was working at the bank and I find most of the conflicts originated from misunderstanding and attitude.
