What are the economic variables and the possible correlation between the 15% tax and local unemployment?

Canadian families on average pay in excess of $30,000.00 per year and they are not complaining.

Foreign buyers purchasing prime real estate at a non premium price before and now with 15% tax will lead to local unemployment?

Please enlighten us as I would love to know that and how is it that the additional tax imposed by foreign governments on their own prime real estate has so far failed to create higher local unemployment?
