    Too "Bankish" for me. I like the idea of one person handling my client from start to finish. I wish Leslie well with this.

    I'd say the real story is there is a real lack of experience in this brokerage. Clients view brokers as a viable alternative to banks, and since we know they do it wrong every day, that Bank just perpetuates more of the same to the client, but it's certainly not a differentiator.
