Teranet -- the people behind the REDX database -- will stop the controversial practice of recording brokers who drop the AMP designation, according to one network head, himself a victim of the policy.

About time, but why is it still going to take until Q1 2014 to be removed? It's not that technically sophisticated, I'm sure their IT guys could write some code to strip out any mention of the AMP designation from the database.

Has anyone not yet figured out CAAMP put them up to this in the first place. Either get rid of CAAMP once and for all or restructure it completely. I would think there is a good reason for dropping a designation of no worth that is basically bought.
