    I think this is something that mortgage brokers all across Canada should give some thought to. I realize that these folks in the article were involved in securities and not mortgages but it does speak to the fact that any sort of investment in construction projects that start as empty lots and are meant to end up as gleaming condo towers need to be very carefully vetted and should be approached with the upmost caution.
