I hope the 100% offset can be applied to more than 1 property. It sounds like it's only for owner occupied ?

    50% offset?

Correct me if I am mistaken, but are we not at 50% added to income, which translates on average to a 17% offset?

Very interested to see if it is only "legal" suites. If so, it will not be very useful for "bachelors" in Quebec.

The suites need to be legal. Parking on the streets would make smaller communities more crowded than they are today.
