    so as "Mortgage Professionals" - lets get these name out there . Get the governing bodies on board and kick their asses out! Is tough enough with all the great people we have, these others need to be dealt with. Recent story today where a TD road rep was fired in BC for fraud and is now a mortgage agent in Ontario .. Really !! These greedy fools make us all look bad ....

    The one single brokerage that represents close to 50% of these numbers is still sailing along with no interruption so you have to ask yourself how the regulation of our business is really being conducted. I am not beating up the regulator, the regulator needs legislation with teeth. What you may question is why would any other institutional lender in Canada still be dealing with the brokerage because a couple of them still are..............
