    As an investment realtor I know all too well what the regulations have done to our business. We used to have many investors crawling in our doors. Last year's regulations took a lot of investors right out of the market. We saw a huge decline in our inflow of investors. Now Jim Flaherty is likely to intervene one more time in the mortgage market. It now appears it is a question of when, not if.

    Good lord, what a catastrophe! People might have to invest their money into enterprises that produce goods, instead of homes! Imagine that, investing in productive enterprises. What is this world coming to!
