Nearly 500 people have been arrested in a U.S.-wide crackdown on mortgage fraud since the operation began March 1. Federal officials found that Las Vegas was one of the major centres where scams were situated to falsley inflate house prices.

    ..and what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas? So much for that saying. I don't think so. It is here and all over the globe. Fraud has no borders. Fraudsters are all over the world, more so since the internet. Easy to locate boomtowns and just move in, do in as much you can and leave. Wish it would be more severe punishment for fraudsters, but I wish that for terorists, not happen.
