    Capital Economics seem to be shorting the market... look at some of their sensationalist comments about the GTA market in other media. Sure, prices can and certainly will correct, but a 40% correction? When has that happened in any major Canadian metropolitan market? At a certain point in a correction, discretionary sellers will simply not list their home for sale and inventory decreases. If house prices drop by 40% across the GTA, stock market indexes will probably have dropped something like 70% in advance of that.
