    Interest rates are related to GDP. In the coming decade western economies are not going to see major upward trend. Increase in interest rates are going to lead to stegflation, economic reversals, unemployment and will be foolish idea.
    Distruction in Japan will give lead to some recovery. Only viable step is to decrease the direct taxes, increase the competition, immediate check over monopoly trends, and increase purchasing power of the masses and see multiplier affects.
