Why would they do that and go after TD bank Specialists? that is an org with no direction!

TD seems quite willing to try to hire from mortgage brokerage firms, including the ones they do business with. It is a bit hypocritical for them to get upset when the tables are turned. But then, they are a Canadian bank.

i believe the crux of the issue is that the Invis recruiters decided to do the invite when all the managers were away on conference. i dont believe there is any issue with recruiting bank staff or brokers from either side.common practice and expected. it was the it was done that obviously crossed the line with TD managment. this is the stick end of the business. expensive lesson for some i would assume who like the TD product line up.

Invis recruiters did nothing different than what TD recruiters have done in the pass. As with all banks, they want us to play by their rules, if we don't they become bullies.
