The Big Story: The CMAs take the stage

Toronto was host to the 7th annual CMAs, theatre-styled gala honouring 21 industry players from brokers to underwriters. Take in the sights and sounds of this extravaganza.

Reporter: 5678 – Give my regards to Broadway, that’s what CMP did for the 7th Annual Canadian Mortgage Awards. A Broadway style salute to excellence. Behind the [high gems] of comedienne, Jessica Holmes and the splendour of Toronto’s Liberty Grand were winners in 21 categories. They claimed the stage and the applause of 500 industry players. PWC audited the judging process that considered over 10,000 nominations. Sponsors say that number is testimony to the awards.

But the night was all about the winners, the country’s best Brokers, Brokerages and National Networks. TO played host of the event, but the East and West of country claimed special honours. An after party rounded off the event. Broadway, eat your heart out!
