FNF Canada announced the launch of a mobile app, which provides brokers with real-time file status updates on all of their mortgage transactions serviced by the company.

The FNF Mobile Broker app is now available for download from BlackBerry App World and  according to the company is presented in a clear and user-friendly design and will allow brokers to do more on the go, anytime, anyplace.

“The FNF Mobile Broker app builds on FNF’s leadership in technology and innovation and further strengthens Broker’s Choice, a premier service offered by FNF Canada,” said Lori Smith, director – business development, broker services.  “We are taking convenience and control to a new level by providing our broker clients with the ability to stay connected with their mortgage deals through the technology they use every day, and in a manner that is convenient for them.”

According to FNF Canada president Reta Coburn, it is the first title insurer to market with a mobile app for brokers. “This initiative is one of several that are focused on enhancing the quality of service that we provide to brokers,” she said.

“The new app launched by FNF Canada demonstrates their commitment to serving the broker community,” said Kathy Gregory, founding president & CEO, Paradigm Quest Inc. “They continuously demonstrate they are a technology leader and are very focused on bringing valuable innovation to the mortgage industry. This is clearly one of the many reasons why they have been a valued partner of Paradigm’s since 2005.”

Thx for the inquiry. All Applications must be approved by the system owner so we have approval from RIM so far. As soon as Apple and Android approve we will be launching. Thx!
