CMP is making a list and checking it twice, and wants brokers and their networks to share how nice they’ve been to charities this year.
In its December issue, the magazine will tally the 2012 financial contributions of broker channel networks, independent brokerages, mono-lines and other partners. In addition to revealing a grand total, the CMP Charitable Review will feature a behind-the-scenes look at the fundraisers and campaigns responsible for those contributions.
More and more, brokers themselves are using a network's charity campaign as a yardstick for its consumer awareness and reach.
"If they're doing a good job there, that's an indication that they are fully aware of how important it is to brand themselves to consumers as a network," one seasoned broker told MortgageBrokerNews.ca.
This year's feature will help brokers with that research of sorts, at the same time it will highlight the personal and professional stories that motivated the giving.
We need your help to do it.
Please email us with details about this year’s fundraising successes – from national campaigns to the very local office initiatives that brought together colleagues for a cause.
The broker channel prides itself on helping Canadians achieve homeownership and property investment goals. Contributing to the well-being of those communities has been an important part of the giving.
