Motivational speaker Simon Sinek, author of Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action, was announced as the keynote presenter for Dominion Lending Centres’ 2011 National Sales Conference in Las Vegas.
Sinek has spoken to audiences all over the world including at the Pentagon, the United Nations, Hollywood and Microsoft. He focuses on how organizations function on three levels: what you do, how you do it and why you do it. He has found that the why is the most important aspect to inspire anyone but many companies fail to communicate what the why is.
“At our first national sales conference, we want to inspire our agents to continue to add value to their customers and differentiate themselves from the competition,” said Cindy Freiman, DLC director of public relations and communications. “Simon Sinek’s talk is a perfect fit with the beliefs of Dominion Lending Centres and how we want to continue to function as a company—the leaders who inspire are not driven with what they do but why they do it.”
