The country’s largest mortgage network has signed one of the industry’s leading veterans.

“I have known Paul for 11 years now and am thrilled to welcome him to the DLC family,” Gary Mauris, president and CEO of Dominion Lending Centres, said. “Paul’s passion for people and his expertise in the mortgage space make him a terrific new addition to our team.”

Therien will join the broker behemoth as its vice president of training in western Canada, effective Wednesday.

“As someone who loves working with people and helping them move forward and achieving success, I can think of no better place for me to join than DLC,” Therien said. “Gary is a great friend and someone I’ve always held in high regard so I can’t wait to join the team. I knew I wanted to be a part of a company with a great reputation and an exciting future and I’m thrilled to have found that at DLC.”

Therien previously worked for Centum as its vice president of operations.

He brings with him 25 years of industry experience.
