Jessica Holmes returns to host 2012 Canadian Mortgage Awards

After bringing down the house in 2010, Canadian comedian Jessica Holmes returns to host the 2012 Canadian Mortgage Awards, sponsored by Home Trust, Friday, June 1 at The Carlu in Toronto.

Holmes has quickly become one of Canada’s top comedic talents. This Ottawa native has brought down the house opening for such comedians as Jerry Seinfeld and Leslie Nielsen. Holmes starred in her own sketch comedy series on CTV: The Holmes Show, where she brought to life hilarious characters and impressions.  She has made millions of Canadians laugh as one of the stars of CBC’s Royal Canadian Air Farce. Her first book, I Love Your Laugh, was published in October 2010.
