Interactive test: how do you recover from career setbacks?

by |
As an industry, mortgage broking can be a particularly tough environment, for two reasons: it demands an entrepreneurial attitude, and the competition is generally fierce. Even top brokers are likely to suffer setbacks; deals missed, clients lost, even disappointing years. But they also need to get back on their feet fast, just to stay in business.

The Harvard Business Review has developed an interactive online test to assess your coping mechanisms. There are 12 multiple choice questions, with targeted advice and further reading at the end, and it only takes a few minutes.

I had a good chuckle at the two books they recommended at the end of my survey. Leave it to Harvard to find a way to sell stuff. hehehe

Thanks for the well thought out angle, on learning from past experiences.

    Good survey, none the less.
