The East Village project will be Great Gulf’s first residential development in Calgary but the firm’s president Christopher Wein told the Calgary Herald that he believes the city “has got a very dynamic, exciting downtown that is going to continue to grow and continue to attract lots of young professionals both from within Canada and immigrants coming from overseas.”
