Mattamy Homes announces new SVP for Information Technology
The largest privately-owned home builder in the United States and Canada has just installed its new Senior Vice President for Information Technology.

In its announcement last week, Mattamy Homes stated that Nicolai Salcedo has been appointed to the post.

“In this role Nicolai will be responsible for providing leadership and execution of Mattamy's IT strategies, including the post-implementation deployment of the company’s enterprise platform, as well as the creation of a plan to implement the right technologies across the business,” according to Mattamy.

A graduate of the Executive Education Program at York University’s Schulich School of Business, Salcedo most recently served as a managing director for data virtualization firm Delphix. He has also formerly served in senior IT capacities at Aimia and Procter & Gamble.

“I am so pleased to be joining an organization that is an industry leader and has such an amazing purpose – helping to build homes for families and communities across North America,” Salcedo said. “I’m looking forward to working with the Mattamy team to transform the business into the digital age.”

“Nicolai is a seasoned IT executive with considerable experience across a variety of industries, systems and geographies,” Mattamy CEO Brian Johnston stated. “He is a strong communicator and creative leader who has a proven track record of building high-performing IT teams and managing complex projects and platforms.”
