    Not entirely convinced that I'd want to buy into that building.

    Nor stand anywhere near it, for that matter.

    This is interesting. Modular construction has been around for a long time, and it has been proven to be an excellent building method.

    The advantages are that the components are built in a controlled environment. The results are buildings that are more "plumb" which means less room for errors during the assembly.

    This is the future of construction. Reduced construction costs and faster assembly means developers can build more in a year, thus making more $.
