    Pretty sure I touched on this over a year ago.

    It's really easy to "insure" a mortgage against rapidly appreciating asset, but when the tide turns and values plateaus (or drops), there's suddenly too much risk for the insurer and things will tighten up.

    Anyone who didn't see this coming was short sighted...
